What is valet trash?

Valet trash is a service that removes resident’s trash from their front door 5 nights per week.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes, we have a 24 hour fitness center.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, we do have some breed restrictions.

Is smoking allowed on property?

No, this is a no-smoking community

What are the qualifications to live there?

Income must be 3 times the amount of rent, credit and criminal background checks are completed, and rental verification is completed by former landlord.

Are bills included?

No, each resident pays for their own electric usage and we have a flat rate charge for water/sewer/trash

Do I have to have insurance?

Yes, we require $100,000 personal liability insurance.
